Shipping, sizing, returns and everything else, in plain English.
Every order is printed on demand in the USA. Production takes 2–5 business days, then U.S. delivery takes 3–7 business days after your order ships. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks of ordering.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order.
Yes. When your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking number. Shirts, hoodies and hats may come from different print shops and arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.
Right now we ship to the United States. If you'd like to order from another country, email orders@chosenoneapparelco.com.
Because every item is printed just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Please check the sizes before ordering.
Email orders@chosenoneapparelco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice, and you don't need to send the item back.
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or the carrier marks it lost, contact us and we'll reship it at no cost.
You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After that your item may already be in production.
Most designs are printed on the Gildan 5000 heavy cotton tee, a classic unisex fit, in sizes S to 5XL. The Jesus Is King camo tee is an AS Colour camo tee in S to 3XL.
A Flexfit 6277 fitted cap in S/M or L/XL, a curved-bill trucker snapback and a flat-bill snapback.
Wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low to keep the print looking sharp.
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
